Canceled the Carnival, therefore to be held at the park with the freedom celebration. Due to rain, Event was held on Sunday June29th, Booster Club served Fried Potatoes and Bottled water. See Ledger for results.

A fund raising poker tournament, with an admission fee to enter into the tournament. Held at the Lions Club. Rental of the building was $40.00. Entry fee to participate $30.00 See ledger for results. Served food and drinks. .

Doug C. & Chris J. gathered teams from surrounding communities to participate in the tournament. Overall it was a success. See ledger. Plans for holding another tournament is a definite.

MEET N GREET
Debra and Heidi will get together before the next meeting to gather info used to put together previous event. Proposed date for this years Meet n Greet is Nov 25th, 2008 (Tuesday). We will be introducing the Shooting Gun. One event discussed and agree upon was a 3 person shooting contest using the shooting gun. Next meeting will focus on Meet n Greet.
